Job summary

Roadworthy Bristol Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Suzuki Aftersales team at the Fishponds location in Bristol. You will play a key role in delivering friendly, proactive customer service and coordinating servicing and repairs end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has previous Service Advisor experience, a full UK driving licence, and is comfortable working with dealership management systems. You will build strong customer relationships and support warranty claims as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Working proactively with customers, colleagues, and external suppliers during servicing and repair.
• Ensuring appointments are made in a timely manner to suit customers.
• Maintaining excellent communication with customers during works.
• Supporting the service department to improve efficiencies.
• Building strong relationships with customers.
• Administering warranty claims.
