Job summary

Sytner Select Bristol is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, informing and consulting on vehicle servicing and keeping customers up to date at every stage.

You will liaise with technicians to ensure vehicles are ready on time and provide expert advice on our products and services. This role features flexible patterns, including weekends, to maintain the highest levels of service for our customers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background and communication skills.
• Good organisational and administrative abilities.
• Willingness to learn with training provided by in-house team.
• A Full UK Driving Licence would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care and be the link between customers and workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated at every stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure timely readiness.
• Offer the best advice on products and services to customers.
• Talk to customers to identify needs and build rapport.
