Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a Service Advisor in Chelmsford to be the primary point of contact for customers during vehicle servicing and repair. You will deliver outstanding customer care, manage bookings, and help upsell services while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

You will work in a busy Retail Centre, communicating with customers face-to-face and by phone, keeping them informed, processing payments, and ensuring parts and workshop availability.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Previous experience in a target driven role.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care and maintain high satisfaction.
• Book service and repair work, ensuring workshop and parts availability.
• Keep customers informed of progress and advise on extra work needed.
• Invoice on time and process warranty transactions.
• Obtain and process payments.
• Achieve hours sold targets as part of a motivated team, keep WIP to a minimum.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Kerridge & Dialog.
• Contribute to balance scorecard results to meet Manufacturer’s expectations.
• Make follow-up calls and up-sell or progress bookings.
• Convert inbound/outbound calls into bookings.
