Job summary

Sandicliffe Loughborough is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact between customers and the service department at our Loughborough dealership. You will manage bookings, drop-offs, and collection times, assess needs, explain maintenance recommendations, prepare estimates, and gain approval for tasks.

You will coordinate with technicians, monitor progress, and keep customers updated on status, costs, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing automotive role is preferred.
• Solid communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Foundational knowledge of vehicle maintenance helps discuss needs with customers and technicians.
• Basic computer and administrative skills enable booking and processing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience as the primary contact in service.
