Job summary

Marshall Volvo Grantham is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the crucial link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings, keeping customers informed, and following up to build strong relationships and satisfaction.

We offer a 45-hour week, including Saturday mornings on rotation, with 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance and a contributory pension.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong communication are essential.
• Ability to manage workload and customer base effectively.
• Flexibility to work 45 hours per week, including Saturdays on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Be the link between customers and workshop, from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers at front of house and keep them informed during service.
• Support customers with maintenance, repairs and service plans as trusted advisor.
