Job summary

Marshall Honda Harrogate is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the crucial link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings, updating customers throughout the service and coordinating collection.

This full-time role offers 45 hours per week (including Saturday mornings on a rota). Salary starts at £30,761 with an OTE up to £46,961, plus life assurance, a pension scheme and generous staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Ideally automotive background, but customer service experience is essential.
• Organised and detail-oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between customers and workshop from booking to collection.
• Welcome front-of-house customers and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Proactive follow-ups to maintain relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Complete admin tasks accurately and advise on maintenance and service plans.
