Marshall Skoda Milton Keynes is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join Marshall Motor Group. You will be the link between customers and workshop, handling bookings, updates and collections.

The role offers a basic salary of £32,348 with OTE £41,750 uncapped, 25 days leave, life assurance and a pension, plus exclusive perks. 45 hours per week including Saturday mornings on a rota.

Formación

• Customer service experience is essential; automotive background is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage workload and keep customers informed.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main link between customers and the workshop from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers at front of house and keep them updated throughout the process.
• Complete admin tasks accurately and advise on vehicle maintenance and service plans.
