Job summary

Endeavour Automotive Limited, a Volvo Maidenhead team, is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to handle customer enquiries and convert them into bookings. You will contribute to service sales and profitability by promoting core and add‑on products, while delivering an exceptional customer service experience that builds loyalty.

The role requires a customer-centric, proactive approach and strong communication to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Salary is £30,000 with OTE £40,000.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ customer facing experience within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by telephone and in person and convert inquiries into firm bookings.
• Aim to maximise service sales and profitability through core, value-added and incremental products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
