Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to be the link between customers and the workshop, overseeing the journey from booking to collection. You will greet customers, keep them informed, and proactively follow up to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes an automotive service focus with emphasis on customer experience, workload management, and teamwork. Full-time, 45 hours per week, with Saturday mornings on a rota.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience in a front-of-house or retail/service environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers clearly.
• Organised and detail-focused with strong workload management.

Responsibilities

• Be the crucial link between customers and the workshop from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers at front of house, keep them informed, and proactively manage follow-ups.
• Complete admin tasks accurately and assist customers with future vehicle needs; advise on maintenance, repairs and service plans.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and act as a trusted advisor on services.
