Job summary

Steven Eagell Limited is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the service journey end-to-end and deliver exceptional aftersales care. You will build lasting relationships with customers, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate workshop scheduling while promoting genuine parts and services.

The role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced automotive environment. A full UK driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service journey end-to-end, building long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide accurate estimates and coordinate scheduling and workshop activity.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote genuine parts and services to customers.
• Represent the Toyota brand and ensure a high standard of aftersales care.
• Follow up to secure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
