Job summary

Park’s Motor Group in Ayr (Renault & Dacia service centre) seeks an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. Based at High Road Ayr, you will support daily admin tasks, handle invoices, and maintain customer details with a professional approach.

You will liaise with customers to deliver exceptional service, manage databases, and contribute to a high standard of work across the franchise. A friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in an administration role within a franchise environment.
• Ability to process invoices, paperwork, and customer details accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional manner.
