Arnold Clark in Aberdeen is seeking a Service Advisor to support customers at our Mazda/Fiat/Abarth branch. You will ensure a fantastic service experience, coordinating with the workshop to progress repairs and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Ideal candidates will have a customer-facing background, strong IT and admin skills, and a proactive approach to upselling appropriate aftersales. A full UK driving licence is required and a busy, friendly environment awaits.

• Demonstrable computer literacy and ability to use IT systems and applications.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing processes with accuracy.
• Inform customers of faults or repairs and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Respond empathetically to dissatisfied customers and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer vehicle records and service histories.
• Upsell appropriate aftersales products and services where relevant.
• Keep customer database updated and accurate.
