Job summary

Park’s Motor Group in Bathgate is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our Service Centre as a full-time Service Advisor. You will support our branch and its customers through the administration services we provide for our manufacturers.

As part of a friendly team you will handle invoices, paperwork, customer details, and liaise with customers, maintaining high standards of service and data accuracy while developing your personal skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word as well as email packages.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and telephone manner.
• Good numeracy skills and ability to adapt to varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the team’s daily workload and administrative tasks.
• Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details.
• Liaise with customers providing a high level of service.
• Maintain and update databases and records.
• Ensure a high and consistent quality of work.
• Communicate in a confidential, professional manner.
