• Inform customers of faults or repairs and provide clear solutions.
• Address dissatisfied customers with empathy and seek resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
• Upsell where appropriate and keep knowledge of aftersales products.
• Keep the customer database updated and accurate.
