Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Blackpool Vauxhall branch. You will be the friendly, customer-focused first point of contact for service and vehicle repair customers, ensuring an outstanding experience from booking to completion.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, IT literacy, and a genuine passion for helping customers. The role involves coordinating with the workshop, managing orders and invoices, and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using IT systems and handling customer data accurately.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a busy workshop/service setting.
• Clear, confident communication to explain options and solutions to customers.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with workshop to progress work and update customers on status.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchases and invoicing with integrity.
• Explain faults and repairs clearly and provide accurate solutions to customers.
• Treat dissatisfied customers with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
