Job summary

Arnold Clark Bolton is recruiting a Service Advisor to support our service and vehicle repair customers, delivering a first-rate experience and the “star treatment” our customers expect.

We are seeking an articulate, warm communicator with customer service experience, strong IT literacy and the ability to multi-task in a busy workshop environment. A full UK driving licence is essential; training and progression opportunities are provided.

• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Handling all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and professional manner.
• Liaising with the workshop to progress work through the system.
• Managing invoices and ensuring customer and company interests are protected.
• Providing clear explanations of faults and solutions to customers.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and service histories.
• Upselling where appropriate.
