Job summary

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy automotive dealership workshop. You will be the main contact for retail and fleet customers, handling bookings, status updates, and explaining maintenance needs to ensure a seamless customer experience.

We offer a base salary of £28,000–£30,000 per year with a realistic £36,000 OTE, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, flexible hours available, and a generous benefits package including holidays, employee discounts, and pension.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service or Aftersales experience.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Good organizational ability and basic computer literacy.
• Presentable, professional and reliable, a true team player.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for incoming retail and fleet customers.
• Manage bookings and provide regular status updates to customers.
• Explain required maintenance and recommended services clearly.
• Ensure a seamless, 5-star service experience for every client.
