Service Advisor Vacancy - Exeter up to £40k OTE

Mon - Fri & Saturdays on rota

Experienced Service Advisor Main Dealership £40k OTE per annum

As a Service Advisor you will be friendly and professional and will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership.

Your duties will include:

• Deal with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Deal with all service enquiries by telephone, email, and face-to-face
• Manage the allocation and handover of courtesy cars
• Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles

Upselling of additional works, service plans and warranties.
