Job summary

Vertu Skoda and Nissan Chesterfield is seeking a Service Administrator to support day-to-day operations in the Service Department. You'll help ensure administrative processes are completed accurately, support colleagues, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with no weekend work, and offers a competitive salary plus benefits. You don't need motor industry experience, just strong organisation, data skills and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and data handling.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Clear and professional communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring service work recorded accurately and meets manufacturer requirements.
• Submitting completed and invoiced jobs.
• Supporting customers by answering queries and providing updates.
• Assisting the Accounts team with service-related payments and documentation.
• Preparing jobs for invoicing and checking information for accuracy.
• Processing warranty claims.
• Updating repair cost estimates following vehicle health checks.
• Providing administrative support to Service Advisors and other team members when needed.
• Building positive working relationships with colleagues, managers and manufacturer contacts.
