Job summary

Vertu Nissan Ilkeston is recruiting a Service Advisor to join our well-established team. A £32,000 basic salary plus company benefits is available, with development opportunities and a path for career progression within one of the UK’s largest motor retailers.

You will act as the relationship manager between customers and the workshop, ensuring outstanding satisfaction, setting expectations, and maintaining contact throughout service or repair work. Training and rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing service experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set customer expectations and keep in touch throughout the service or repair process.
• Upsell additional products to customers.
• Follow up to ensure customers are happy with the work carried out and improve satisfaction.
