• Handle customer bookings, enquiries and follow-up via phone, email and in-person.
• Schedule jobs according to workshop priorities and technician availability.
• Ensure documentation meets manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
• Coordinate loan vehicle administration and communicate with customers.
• Explain completed work and obtain customer approval.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and dealership policies.
