Vertu Skoda Nottingham is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join one of the UK's largest motor retailers. The role offers a £40,000 basic salary with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £60,000 and a strong benefits package.

The successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction, manage costs, and lead a team to deliver business objectives. You will implement effective processes, maintain manufacturer standards, and ensure data accuracy while promoting a safe, high-performance environment.

• Proven track record in service management.

• Experience in automotive retail or service operations.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality and service.
• Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data per group standards.
• Ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
