Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with service management systems or willingness to learn (Pinnacle, Kerridge or similar).
• Previous automotive service administration experience preferred but not essential.
• Smart appearance and professionalism to represent a premium brand.
• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and manage job cards to support workshop workflow.
• Handle customer bookings, enquiries and follow-ups via phone, email and in person.
• Maintain service department loading by scheduling jobs per priorities and technician availability.
• Ensure paperwork complies with manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
• Coordinate loan vehicle administration and maintain customer communication.
• Explain completed work to customers for approval and understanding.
• Collaborate with service team to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and dealership policies.
