Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in automotive service administration or a related administrative role is preferred.
• Proficiency with service management systems (e.g., Pinnacle, Kerridge) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage job cards to facilitate efficient workshop workflow.
• Handle customer bookings, enquiries, and follow-up communications via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Maintain service department loading by scheduling jobs per workshop priorities and technician availability.
• Ensure documentation complies with manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
• Coordinate loan vehicle administration and communicate with customers.
• Explain completed work to customers and obtain their approval.
