Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, light commercial or commercial vehicle environment.
• HGV Technician experience or technician looking to transition.
• Strong communication skills for advising customers.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on parts required for their vehicles.
• Take orders over the phone or via email.
• Check availability of parts and manage orders.
• Pick parts from the warehouse and arrange deliveries.
• Handle payments and issue invoices.
