Job summary

BMW Group UK in Farnborough is offering a Customer Loyalty Intern placement as part of the BMW FS Group. You will join Sales & Marketing to support customer retention for BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad, gaining exposure to pricing, retention campaigns and national loyalty activities.

You will work with cross-functional teams on the customer journey, digital assets, and content creation while learning from mentors in a premium automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university programme.
• Relevant work experience in sales, marketing or automotive industry is beneficial.
• Strong interest in automotive and finance industries required.

Responsibilities

• Active management of customer loyalty offers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain Retailer HUB with up-to-date content, imagery and links.
• Digitally create and manage the Retention App platform and customer journey touchpoints.
• Assist in creating slides for customer webinars and training materials.
• Support to drive customer satisfaction and collaborate with BMW UK National Sales Company.
