Job summary

BMW UK in Farnborough is offering a Placement Year for July 2027 in Customer Support Marketing. You will gain hands-on experience by participating in marketing and E-commerce projects, liaising with product managers and agencies, and presenting outcomes.

You will work closely with Data teams to deliver data-driven insights, update BMW & MINI national websites, and contribute to multiple campaigns while learning in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline is desirable.
• Excellent communication and numerical skills.
• Aptitude for analysing & presenting information using Microsoft Office; quick learner of new systems.
• Aptitude for developing creative mechanisms to engage audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with AI and Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage BMW AG focused Marketing activity and E-commerce projects within Customer Support.
• Support on multiple projects across Retailer and Digital Marketing topics.
• Liaise with product managers and agencies to complete projects.
• Participate in regular calls with contacts in Munich.
• Work with multiple agencies (creative & media) on projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate across the department/company to operate in a lateral working culture.
• Support Marketing team with project management and creating presentations to showcase project work.
• Support Data team on data reporting to support commercial objectives.
• Work closely with the Data team to deliver data excellence.
• Make changes to the BMW & MINI national websites.
• Support with ad hoc projects where relevant.
