Job summary

BMW Group UK is offering a Customer Loyalty Intern placement in Farnborough for a placement year starting July 2027. You will support loyalty activities for BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad, working across Sales, Pricing and Retention to drive customer retention on a national scale.

You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, help update the Retailer HUB, and contribute to digital content and app features while developing your professional skills in a premium automotive brand.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled university student; placement year required.
• Ideal prior work experience in sales, marketing or automotive beneficial.
• Genuine passion for automotive and finance industries.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage own projects autonomously and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Responsibilities

• Active management of customer loyalty offers with internal stakeholders.
• Keep Retailer HUB up to date and provide new content and links.
• Create and manage retention app content focusing on customer journey touchpoints.
• Prepare slides for webinars and training materials.
