Job summary

BMW Group Farnborough is offering a Placement Year in Customer Support Marketing. You will engage in BMW AG marketing activity and e-commerce projects, liaising with product managers and agencies, and supporting data reporting to meet commercial objectives.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, development of creative marketing mechanisms, and exposure to AI tools and Excel. This placement combines learning with hands-on assignments in a vibrant luxury automotive context.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is desirable.
• Excellent communication and numerical skills required.
• Aptitude for analysing & presenting information with MS Office; ability to learn new systems.
• Aptitude for developing creative mechanisms to reach different audiences.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet timelines.
• Experience and knowledge of using AI and Excel are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage BMW AG focused marketing activity and e-commerce projects within Customer Support.
• Support multiple projects across Retailer and Digital Marketing topics.
• Liaise with product managers and agencies to complete projects.
• Participate in regular calls with contacts in Munich.
• Work with multiple agencies on projects and initiatives.
• Support Marketing with project management and presenting project work.
