Job summary

BMW Group UK in Farnborough offers a Retail Finance placement year designed to give you hands-on experience across sales, marketing and CRM initiatives. You will work with mentors from BMW Group and Alphabet teams and contribute to loyalty campaigns to drive customer retention.

You will gain exposure to sales, pricing and retention activities while developing your own project management and communication skills in a fast-paced premium-brand environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally relevant work experience in Sales, Marketing or Automotive industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Active management of customer loyalty offers with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure Retailer HUB content is up to date across business areas.
• Digitally create and manage the Retention App platform and customer journey touchpoints.
• Create slides for customer webinars and training materials.
• Support to drive customer satisfaction with the National Sales Company.
