Job summary

BMW Group UK in Farnborough offers a placement year in Customer Marketing, starting July 2027. You will help evolve the customer experience by delivering insights, supporting projects, and promoting innovative ideas. Join a collaborative team with exposure to retailer networks and customer teams.

You will develop reporting and insights capabilities, create monthly climate reports, and contribute to strategy discussions while coordinating meetings and PO processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a 2:2 or higher expected.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• Can-do attitude and initiative.
• Creative thinker with open-minded problem solving.
• Ability to work with teams and coordinate meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Team managers by owning key project elements.
• Identify and resolve customer pain points along the journey.
• Research new ideas and market trends in customer behaviour.
• Develop reporting and insights to drive strategy.
• Create monthly customer insight and social media reports.
• Coordinate team meetings and manage logistics.
• Raise purchase orders as required.
