Job summary

DM Keith Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Centre Executive in Leeds to deliver world-class service. You will handle service bookings, engage with customers and support sales through added-value offers, while maintaining customer records with care.

The role offers training and clear progression within a family-owned group that values ambition, reliability and teamwork. A strong customer-focus and organisational ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills in a customer-facing role.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and databases.
• Knowledge of automotive servicing and maintenance.
• Call centre experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to comply with all Company and Brand/Manufacturer policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Handle service and MOT booking calls for service departments, promoting services and plans.
• Carry out outbound service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and related bookings.
• Conduct follow-up calls for marketing campaigns as required.
• Build relationships with customers to increase retention and loyalty.
