Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic database use is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by exceeding customer expectations with colleagues.
• Handle service and MOT bookings for Service departments and promote product sales.
• Make outbound calls for service, MOT, and recalls when required.
• Maintain customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Accurately record bookings and recalls in the dealership diary.
