ELITE PERSONNEL SERVICES LTD is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Executive in Leeds to drive new and existing business. You will engage with customers via calls, emails and live chat, presenting products and closing sales while building long-term partnerships.

The role requires proven sales experience, excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with measurable results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Strong IT literacy including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to drive growth.
• Engage with customers via calls, emails and live chat to provide tailored solutions.
• Present and sell product offerings to close sales and long-term contracts.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Support to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines and metrics in CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and competitors.
