Qualifications

• Experienced customer‑focussed Service Manager with strong technical understanding.
• Current or recent management experience in retail motor industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead a quality service team in a busy department to deliver strong results.
• Manage Service Technicians, Apprentices, Workshop Controller, Service Advisors and Valetor/Drivers.
• Deal with customer issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
• Monitor monthly, quarterly and annual targets to maximise profitability.
• Market and sell service plans and warranties to customers.
• Hold monthly reviews with your team to drive performance.
