Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of statutory audits for corporate clients
  • Taking ownership of smaller audit assignments or supporting larger engagements
  • Working closely with the audit team to ensure procedures are followed
  • Supporting managers and assistant managers on technical and client‑facilitated tasks
  • Supervising and guiding junior team members
  • Developing strong working relationships with clients
  • Communicating effectively to ensure a smooth audit process
  • Preparing audit documentation for review
  • Raising technical or client‑specific issues and suggesting solutions
Qualifications
  • ACA or ACCA part‑qualified, with relevant audit experience
  • Experience in statutory audit within a professional practice
  • Exposure to group audits and consolidated financial statements is a plus
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a car
  • Well‑organised and able to manage time independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiar with automated audit software and digital accounting platforms
