A boutique firm of chartered accountants in London is seeking a qualified or part qualified accountant. The role involves planning and performing audits, preparing financial statements, and ensuring client confidentiality. Job description

Boutique firm of chartered accountants based in London have a job vacancy for a qualified or part qualified accountant with experience working for a firm of chartered accountants. This firm are long established and boast an interesting and varied client base. You will be working on a mix of audit and accounts assignment for small and medium sized companies, predominantly based in the London area.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and performing audits leading a team and at times working as part of the team
  • Prepare & review financial statements.
  • Prepare corporation tax computations.
  • Draft Management letters and reports.
  • Ensure time budgets are maintained.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professional relationships.
  • Supervise and assist junior staff.
  • Liaise with other departments in order to efficiently and effectively complete jobs.
  • Be a team player and actively partake in technical training sessions.
You will be
  • ACA or ACCA qualified/part qualified
  • Experience within a multi-partner practice with at least 40% audit exposure.
