A leading automotive group in Huddersfield is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer care and ensure high service levels. You will act as a vital link between customers and the workshop, addressing their queries and keeping them informed. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and a customer service background. Training will be provided for those without prior experience. The position offers a flexible work schedule.
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Audi Huddersfield.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer up to date at every stage and answer any questions or queries they may have. You will liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles are ready on time. You will also give the best advice on products and services to our customers.
Customers’ care always comes first; you’ll take the time to talk to people, build genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
We welcome applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress, even if you do not have previous experience. Training is provided through our dedicated in‑house Learning & Development team and through outstanding manufacturer courses run by Audi to support your career.
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with strong attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous but not essential.
