An opportunity has arisen for an Associate / Technical Director Transport Planner to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering complex transport planning solutions across the UK. This role is suited to a senior consultant who combines strong technical expertise with client leadership, commercial awareness and team development.
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of transport planning commissions across a range of sectors, managing key client relationships and contributing to the strategic growth of the transport planning function.
The role includes overseeing Transport Assessments and Transport Statements, applying recognised transport appraisal techniques, managing modelling inputs and ensuring high technical standards. You will also mentor and develop colleagues, manage project finances and support work-winning activity.
You will be a highly experienced transport planner, ideally from a consultancy background, confident operating at Associate or Technical Director level.
