Job Overview

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex Dispute Resolution matters, including Sheriff Court and Court of Session work.
• Handle property litigation cases, including boundary disputes, missives and title problems, planning appeals, title disputes and applications to the Land Court.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, conduct complex negotiations and represent clients in court as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful outcomes in Dispute Resolution.
• Background in Sheriff Court and Court of Session work.
• Experience with property litigation cases.
• Client-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
