A prominent educational institution in the UK is seeking an Associate Quality Enhancement Advisor to join their Programme Design and Quality Enhancement Team. The role involves supporting quality assurance activities and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should possess strong awareness of quality assurance policies and procedures, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Salary
The starting salary will be from £28,031 on Grade D, depending on qualifications and experience.

Learning Experiences and Innovation
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Programme Design and Quality Enhancement Team within the Learning Experiences and Innovation Service. As an Associate Quality Enhancement Advisor the role will provide support for quality assurance and enhancement activities associated with developing high-quality Faculty portfolios. The post-holder will provide outstanding customer service individually and as part of a team, and deliver excellent guidance and knowledge on internal and external quality assurance and enhancement policies and procedures.
LXI is the ‘go-to’ service across the Exeter learning community in uplifting our students, academics, staff, and partners to co-create a distinctive learning experience where every learner thrives. LXI consists of seven main units; Educator Development, Student Voice & Change, Learning Development, Learning Design, Experimentation & Innovation; Programme Design & Quality Enhancement, and Educational Policy, Quality & Standards. The teams work alongside and in support of several portfolios focussed on the University’s key strategic aims (Online Education, Education Strategic Delivery, Innovation Piloting and Scaling, and Taught Portfolio) and the priorities of its Faculties (Environment, Science and Economy; Health and Life Sciences; Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences).
LXI is part of the Education and Academic Services (EAS) Division. EAS brings together all the key administration and educational support that underpins the student and educator experience. Alongside LXI this includes Faculty Operations, Sport, Arts and Culture and all elements of Education and Student Support.
