About The Role
  • Providing legal advice and guidance on employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and disputes.
  • Conducting legal research and staying updated on developments in employment legislation and case law.
  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing employment agreements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings related to employment disputes.
  • Collaborating with senior lawyers on complex employment litigation cases.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing proactive and strategic legal solutions.
  • Assisting in conducting workplace investigations and advising on compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Participating in professional development opportunities and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

  • With 1-2 years of PQE in Employment / Workplace Relations law.
