Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate Director with strong experience in urban drainage and wastewater modelling. You will lead teams, shape technical solutions, and build client relationships across local and national projects.

You will mentor engineers, advance our modelling capabilities with InfoWorks ICM, and contribute to proposals and frameworks while representing WSP at industry forums.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Water Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered status or progressing toward ICE/IEI/IoW/CIWEM is preferred.
• Strong experience leading urban drainage and wastewater modelling projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams delivering urban drainage and wastewater modelling projects.
• Guide project delivery, resource planning and review of outputs.
• Develop modelling capability using InfoWorks ICM and mentor junior staff.
• Represent the team in client meetings and proposal development.
