  • Leading contract-related discussions in ex-US markets (i.e. EMEA/APAC/LATAM) both internally & externally with partners (including with local internal legal, finance and privacy teams when necessary).
  • Local Market Contracts: Review existing local market agreements to ensure all terms align with Publicis standards as well as local market business needs.
  • Global PMX Test Agreements: Draft local market test agreements for ex-US agencies/clients.
  • Manage all contract-related inquiries outside of the US (both internally & externally) regarding PM-level agreements.
  • Ensure that processes for managing contract-related requests satisfies the needs of agencies and PM practices in each local market.
  • Governance: Support and promote contract governance policies outside of the US in close partnership with SVP of PM Contracts and local Publicis Media leads.

  • Act as a helpful resource and point of contact for contractual & governance matters for Publicis teams & agencies outside of the US.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of digital/media operations experience at a media agency, primarily outside of the U.S. (e.g. APAC, EMEA, etc.).
  • Experience with reviewing digital/media/ad tech vendor contracts and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders, meet deadlines and strong follow-through.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn and retain new substantive matters quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships with internal and external teams.
