Job description

Drive regional market access with cutting-edge health economics strategies as our Associate Director HEOR.

R&D Partners is seeking an experienced Associate Director HEOR to support health economics and outcomes research strategies for regional market access. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and country-based colleagues to develop and adapt economic models for reimbursement submissions, ensuring alignment with regional value messaging.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with country-based colleagues to adapt and develop country-specific economic models for reimbursement submissions.
  • Present economic evidence to HTA organizations and external clinical audiences.
  • Work closely with the regional Market Access team to align HEOR strategies and tactics with key regional value messaging.
  • Support dissemination of HEOR strategies across the region.
  • Interface with cross-functional partners in Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, and Commercial teams to develop regional HEOR strategy and evidence generation.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Advanced degree in health economics, biostatistics, or epidemiology (PhD or MSc preferred).
  • Strong relevant experience in health economics and outcomes research.
  • Research and technical modeling experience necessary to support ex-US Market Access, with a focus on the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.
  • Previous experience working with Market Access customers to prepare, submit, and respond to queries from HTA agencies.
