  • Strong background in continuous integration and deployment, with hands‑on experience in designing and maintaining robust pipelines
  • Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and related container orchestration tools
  • Knowledge of at least one and preferably two programming languages such as Python, Rust, C/C++/C#, with strong debugging and optimisation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of working independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Ability to mentor engineers on architecture, best practices, and quality standards, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant discipline is a plus
Responsibilities

  • Architect and oversee build and deploy workflows for product development and testing
  • Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to reduce deployment time and manual effort
  • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of infrastructure and development applications
  • Participate in 24x7 operational support and on‑call rotations as a senior escalation point
  • Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with InfoSec and regulatory requirements
