Overview

A leading Structural Engineering Consultancy Business is seeking to appoint a Guernsey Lead at Associate Director level. The role focuses on the growth of the Guernsey office, engagement with new and existing customers, understanding the business vision, mission and strategy, and selling the company’s services. You will oversee Structural / Civil Engineering projects in Guernsey and act as the focal point for stakeholders. You will be outward facing and visible within the construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of company output across the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the Guernsey office and ensure adherence to company and project quality requirements and procedures.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities; build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients, partners and industry stakeholders; contribute to strategic direction and growth.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Proactive attitude with ambition to grow the business; credibility in construction meetings and engagements.
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
