Associate Director

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead the management of large and property portfolios delivering strategic compliant and commercially focused property management solutions. This senior role involves overseeing client relationships driving operational excellence and enhancing asset value through proactive maintenance development and financial stewardship.

You will build and maintain trusted partnerships with landlords, investors, tenants and key stakeholders working closely with onsite management teams and regional facilities managers to ensure seamless service delivery and identify new business opportunities. They will have strong expertise in lease compliance, health & safety legislation and sustainability initiatives, managing budgets, rent collection and service charge reconciliations to meet client and company objectives.

  • Leading client and tenant relationship management to maximise satisfaction and asset performance
  • Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and recovery processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensuring full compliance with lease obligations, health & safety and risk management requirements
  • Managing property inspections, reactive maintenance and contractor activities to maintain and improve assets
  • Developing and implementing sustainability strategies aligned with client priorities
  • Leading and mentoring teams to deliver consistent high‑quality service in line with company standards
  • Driving continuous improvement, resolving issues promptly and supporting business growth through effective portfolio management

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, proven leadership abilities and extensive property management experience, ideally with RICS or equivalent qualifications.
