A leading property management firm in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Associate Director to oversee large property portfolios and enhance asset value. The ideal candidate will have extensive property management experience, a strong commercial mindset, and excellent leadership skills. This full-time role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth through effective portfolio management.
We are seeking an Associate Director to lead the management of large and property portfolios delivering strategic compliant and commercially focused property management solutions. This senior role involves overseeing client relationships driving operational excellence and enhancing asset value through proactive maintenance development and financial stewardship.
You will build and maintain trusted partnerships with landlords, investors, tenants and key stakeholders working closely with onsite management teams and regional facilities managers to ensure seamless service delivery and identify new business opportunities. They will have strong expertise in lease compliance, health & safety legislation and sustainability initiatives, managing budgets, rent collection and service charge reconciliations to meet client and company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, proven leadership abilities and extensive property management experience, ideally with RICS or equivalent qualifications.
