Job Posting : Labor & Employment Associate (London)

Position : Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate

Location : London

Experience Level : 3–5 PQE

A leading global international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Labor & Employment group in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on a broad range of non-contentious UK employment law matters.
  • Handle the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and drafting / negotiating employment provisions.
  • Provide day-to-day employment law advice to clients on issues such as disciplinary matters, grievances, redundancies, contracts, policies and procedures.
  • Support and coordinate multi-country employment projects.
  • Act on Employment Tribunal litigation, including case preparation, strategy and advocacy (as appropriate).
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3–5 years PQE with strong experience in UK employment law.
  • Proven ability to manage a broad caseload of non-contentious matters, with some contentious experience.
  • Experience with Employment Tribunal litigation.
  • Any background in pay equity is a plus.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based or international clients is highly desirable.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service, responsiveness and high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and work effectively across offices and teams.
