A leading engineering firm is seeking an Associate / Associate Director MEP for their London office. This role involves cultivating client relationships, driving business development efforts, and overseeing project teams, particularly in the Hotel, Leisure & Entertainment sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a mechanical or electrical capacity and a proven track record in business development. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Associate or Associate Director for the Hotel, Leisure & Entertainment market to join our London practice. As a As an Associate / Associate Director you will be part of an organisation that is 100-percent employee owned, that supports and creates many opportunities for you to advance, succeed and fulfil your career aspirations.
As an MEP Associate / Associate Director you will have the opportunity to foster client relationships, support annual planning, to leading pursuits and oversight of project teams. These span a myriad of project types in the Hotel, Leisure & Entertainment Market Sector. Leading project teams in marketing and securing project wins is a focus of the position. A passion for client service and leveraging the full suite of HDR’s integrated service offerings to provide exceptional value to key clients is critical.
